新春伊始，万象更新。特协顺公司于2013年2月5日上午， 在公司内,召开了2012年度工作总结暨2013年工作计划会议，张潼总经理、梁国强先生以及公司全体员工参加了此次会议。张总首先在会上做了题为“与时俱进、提升发展”的重要讲话，为我们一起回顾过去的一年，发扬成绩，总结经验，吸取过去存在不足的教训；并提出了新一年的工作计划和任务，展望未来，不断进取，扎实工作，公司全体员工团结一致，我们有信心为公司新的一年各项经营管理工作，会更上一层楼，特协顺公司的明天一定会更加美好！

为了表彰先进，树立榜样，培养和塑造员工的集体荣誉感，以及进一步促进技术进步，加强技术创新，促进科技成果转化，在2012年的12月份和2013年1月份，在公司范围内开展“优秀员工” 和“新产品开发、技术改进及管理项目奖励”的评选活动。大会上，颁发了评选活动中选出的6位优秀员工和7个项目奖励，最后，并颁发了获得2012年年度全勤奖励的6位员工。
