2013年度工作总结暨2014年主要工作任务及表彰大会

2014年1月25日9点30分,特协顺公司“2013年度工作总结暨2014年主要工作任务及表彰大会”在公司办公楼隆重举行。公司总经理张潼先生,公司监事梁国强先生等领导出席大会并发表重要感言,大会颁发了各项年度奖励,全体员工参加了本次总结大会。

总结大会上,张总首先做了题为优化管理、共创未来”的重要讲话拉开帷幕对公司2013年的产量及产值进行回顾,重要客户的产量得到持续增加,产值得到优化和改善。公司在产品的生产经营管理过程中不断进行设计改进,完善工艺流程,列举了数种公司改进研发的新产品,肯定了全体员工的创新能力和创新精神。同时,张总反映了公司存在的问题以及不足之处,力求在2014年得到改善或者解决。他提出2014年公司的具体发展方向,包括公司进一步施行“优化管理,提升竞争力”,对提高公司的管理水平,提高办事效率,为提升企业竞争力起到重要作用;继续提高企业的创新能力,与时俱进,朝产品智能化方向迈进,以满足日新月异的科技发展需求;对客户的沟通工作也是2014年工作任务中必不可少的重要部分,公司将秉承“站在客户的位置上,了解客户的需求”的经营理念,新的一年将会进一步加强了解用户的需求,为用户定制特定产品。

随后,梁先生肯定了2013年全体员工的辛勤劳动,也为2014年提出了新的寄望。他表示特协顺公司在张总的带领下,相信会继续顺着2013年的良好发展势头,在2014年发展得更好。

产品质量是公司发展的基础,陈副总经理尤其强调产品质量以及生产安全问题。特协顺公司的产品被广泛应用于我国和其他国家的各类大型电气工程上,其中不乏国家和地区的重要铁路和轨道交通枢纽项目。他总结了2013年的公司产品质量记录情况,向各位员工提出需要注意的各类产品质量问题,希望各位员工心怀客户,保证产品质量,为客户提供满意的高质量的产品和服务。

最后,陈副总经理公布特协顺公司2013年度“优秀员工”、“新产品开发、技术改进及管理项目奖励”以及“年度全勤奖励”等三大项目奖励评选活动中,选出的各获奖名单,包括选出的6位优秀员工,10个项目奖励,以及10位全勤奖励员工各位获奖者以及代表分别上台领奖。那一个个粲然的笑脸,那一个个闪亮的奖状,都展示了特协顺公司不一样的工作风貌,不一样的员工风采,不一样的企业文化。
