2014年度工作总结暨2015年主要工作任务及表彰大会

在2015年春节快将来临之际，特协顺公司在2015年2月13日9点30分，全体员工参加了“2014年度工作总结暨2015年主要工作任务及表彰大会”在公司办公楼隆重举行，公司总经理张潼先生，公司副总经理陈亮行先生等领导出席大会并发表重要感言，在大会上颁发了各项年度的奖励。

总结大会上，张总的讲话拉开帷幕，并主持本次总结大会；然后由陈总做了题为“强化管理、迎接挑战”的重要讲话，第一点，对公司2014年的产量及产值进行回顾和情况分析，各类产品的销量得到持续增加，产品结构得到优化和改善；第二点，公司在安全生产方面，全年安全生产零事故，并在2014年底通过了顺德区质量技术监督标准与编码所的评审工作，创建了企业安全生产标准化，现等待证书和牌匾的发放；第三点，在产品质量方面，公司一直坚持“产品质量是企业之本，产品质量是企业的生命”的经营理念，全年没有出现较大的产品质量问题；第四点，公司在产品开发、工艺技术改进、工装定位、现场管理以及降本增效等方面，做了大量的工作，会议进行了列举，公司肯定了全体员工的创新能力和创新精神。第五点，以上成绩是值得肯定的，但由于公司处于发展期，在生产经营管理方面还存在很多不足，需要进一步完善、改进，并列举了五方面的内容，力求在2015年得到解决或者改善，此外，公司还提出2015年主要的工作任务，包括十个方面的内容，希望全公司的员工一起努力完成公司的经营目标，满载着岁月流金，盛世丰年，让我们迈上2015年充满生机的希望之旅。

随后，张总宣布了特协顺公司2014年度“优秀员工”、“新产品开发、技术改进及管理项目奖励”以及“年度全勤奖励”等三大项目奖励评选活动中，选出的各获奖名单，包括选出的6位优秀员工,14个项目奖励，以及9位全勤奖励员工。各位获奖者以及代表分别上台领奖。奖励的目的一方面，为了适应公司发展需要，进一步促进技术进步，加强技术创新，促进科技成果转化，为后续的发展和远航奠定了良好的基础；另一方面为了更好地总结企业员工的工作成绩和工作表现，展现企业“以人为本”的用人理念，以良好的激励机制促进广大员工齐心协力向企业的经营战略目标迈进，鼓励员工不断提升自我超越，使个人能力不断得到提升和挖掘，营造人人争当先进的氛围，起到良好的保养示范、激励作用。
