2015年度工作总结暨2016年主要工作任务及表彰大会

在2016年1月30日上午，新春佳节即将到来之际，阳光明媚的日子里，特协顺全体员工欢聚一堂，召开特协顺公司一年一度的“年度工作总结暨明年主要工作任务及表彰大会”，大会主要目的是总结过去一年来的工作，总结经验，吸取教训，为公司来年订立发展大计，并在大会上颁发公司2015年度的各项奖励。此外，今年的总结会增加了全体员工的抽奖活动。

在总结大会上，首先由张潼总经理的讲话拉开帷幕，介绍特协顺公司2015年的经营情况，回顾2015年，全球经济呈现深度调整，国家经济增长在持续减速，产业结构有所调整，消费增速放缓，固定资产投资增速明显下滑，进出口增速下降，企业经营困难等问题突出,经济下行压力和风险依然较大。在2015年，公司在外部市场环境严峻的前提下，通过在全体员工的共同努力，公司稳步发展，在经营业绩上仍取得一定的成绩。最后提出2016年公司的新工作要求，希望公司全体员工一起努力完成各项任务，为公司的经营目标作出贡献。接着，由陈亮行副经理宣读了特协顺公司2015年度“优秀员工”、“新产品开发、技术改进及管理项目奖励”以及“年度全勤奖励”等奖励，经过前期的评选准备工作，选出包括6位优秀员工，8个项目奖励（一等奖1个、二等奖1个，三等奖6个），以及11位年度全勤奖励员工，各位获奖者以及项目奖励代表分别上台领奖。

今年总结会，为了活跃气氛，公司增加“重头戏”，进行现场抽奖环节，此时，大家的气氛一下活跃起来。抽奖奖励项目分为一、二、三等奖，没有中奖的员工，可以取得安慰奖，所以本次抽奖实际是人人有奖。抽奖活动由陈经理主持，在进行一轮又一轮的抽奖、以及领奖过程中，无论是台下观众，还是上台领奖的获奖者，大家都眉开眼笑，不亦乐乎。本次抽奖奖金虽然不多，意义在于抽奖环节能撩动大家的心弦，活跃气氛，也为中奖者在新的一年讨个好彩头。

最后，大家在欢声笑语，不知不觉中，完成了本次总结大会的所有流程。
